East Africa Pharma & Biotech Conference 2024 was held in Rwanda Biomedical Center. GIZ in Germany encouraged Rephaiah to participate and see how Rwanda has managed to go bring the regulatory ecosystem from Maturity Level 1 to Maturity Level 3, and attract big pharma companies to establish manufacturing facilities in Rwanda.
