Background: I am a business management professional with a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from the University of Blantyre Synod and an MBA student in Project Management at the University of Malawi. I have experience in administration, human resources support, project coordination, and organizational management. At Rephaiah, i support administrative operations, human resource functions, documentation management, and project activities, helping to ensure that organizational processes run efficiently and effectively. My academic background and practical experience have equipped me with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
